1 BACKGROUND Plaintiff's Complaint: Prior to being terminated in November 2012, plaintiff had been employed with STC since 1989. Before the Court is a motion by STC, pursuant to CPLR 3212, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. (STC), discriminated against her based on her disability, by terminating her, in violation of the New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL).
